We accept CareCredit on balances of $200 and above.
We take all insurance plans where you can choose your own provider and are happy to file your dental claims for you. We do not take Medicaid.
Delta Dental of Illinois for State Employees: We accept this insurance and will submit your dental claims for processing. However, due to the long delay in payment on claims from the State of Illinois, we require payment at the time services are rendered. You will then be reimbursed directly by Dental Dental of Illinois.
